Un duetto interessante per i prossimi mesi

Non è di certo un tormentone estivo. Ma è quel brano che ci vediamo ascoltare non solo ogni giorno da oggi, ma anche per tutto l’autunno. Sembra infatti il perfetto mix di quello che ci aspetteremo da Lady Gaga e da Bruno Mars se fossero degli artisti provenienti dagli anni 60/70 e 2000.

Si racconta che Die With a Smile e l’idea di questo progetto siano nati in concomitanza alla scrittura dell’ultimo album di Bruno Mars. Inutile dire che la scelta di coinvolgere nel brano Lady Gaga sia stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Lo ha raccontato lei stessa in un’intervista di come Mars l’abbia chiamata per farle sentire questa “cosa” alla quale stava lavorando.

Die with a smile, è facile da comprendere, parla dell’amore e di quanto il tempo sia volatile. E di come ci sia il desiderio di passare molto tempo in compagnia della persona che si ama come se fosse l’ultima notte per poi morire, per l’appunto con un sorriso sul volto.
